* Please do not litter and maintain hygiene. Everyone is responsible.
* Smoking and alcohol drinking are strictly prohibited during indoors. (Violators will be fined RM100)
* Vapes are strictly prohibited during indoors. There may be parents or children waiting in the customer lounge, so we hope everyone will create a good image for us. (Violators will be fined RM100)
* Strictly prohibit the carrying of any smuggled drugs. (Violators will be required to pay compensation and will take legal action)
* 请保管好个人随身物品，Onair不负责任何损失与赔偿。

* 请勿乱扔垃圾，保持卫生 人人有责。

* The pass will take effect immediately from the date of purchase.
* The purchased pass cannot be transferred/changed/replaced/refunded，etc.
* If you cannot attend the class due to personal reasons within the valid pass, it cannot be transferred/changed/replaced/refunded，etc.
* 必须在上课前支付课程费用。
* pass从购买之日起立即生效。
* 已购买的pass不可转让/更换/补课以及退款等等。
* 若在有效pass内，因个人原因无法上课，一样不可转让/更换/补课以及退款等等。
